Mama's Broccoli Potato Soup

Does it taste as good as it looks? Better actually.  My mom is always so good about bringing me things I don't normally get to eat (my family is extremely picky).  Walk into her house and there is always something on the stove cooking or simmering.  That bowl there is the last of what she had brought me a couple of days ago.  I didn't have to make lunch for myself for several days because of that :)

How did I get so lucky to have such a wonderful mom?  I don't know but I sure do thank God everytime I think about her.  Working with teens as many years as we have, you see alot of moms that aren't so great so I know what a good one I've got.
